Looking to improve your performance on the field? Strength training is the foundation for everything. The stronger you are less chance of injuries and the more chances of your performing your best on the field.
You’ll learn everything you need to know to recover faster, sprint harder and feel stronger on and off the field.

HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
INITIAL MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
Before you start your strength and conditioning training, I’ll assess your range of movement.
This will give me an understanding of how YOU move. We’ll go through a range of tests so I can determine areas of strength and weakness.
We’ll also chat about the goals you want to incorporate in your program and areas you would like to improve on.
TECHNIQUE ANALYSIS
Learn how to lift, move, jump and land in the most efficient way!
My focus is always on quality over quantity. I find people get caught up focusing on how much they can lift instead of HOW they are lifting.
Being able to lift heavy is one thing. Done with poor form, it can limit your performance. Or worse, you could injure yourself.
Being able to lift using the right technique is far safer and more beneficial! You’ll soon be lifting on your own and feel confident that you won’t hurt yourself doing it.
