Wondering what Myotherapy is?

On paper, Myotherapy is the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain, injuries, and related conditions. At Myo Strength Performance, we take that definition a step further. Our approach to Myotherapy combines hands-on treatment with movement and education to help you understand your body, overcome pain, and build lasting confidence. We call it Movement Myotherapy, a method that focuses on treating the whole person, not just the sore spot.

Our Method:

Assess. Educate. Empower.

Our Myotherapists take the time to listen, assess, and create a plan that’s tailored to you.
We combine science, movement, and mindset to help you feel in control of your recovery again.

Movement Myotherapy helps you:
