Steph’s mission is simple: to help people feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies again.
With a Bachelor of Exercise Science and years spent working across both elite and local sports clubs, Steph has coached and rehabilitated hundreds of athletes, from weekend warriors to state-level competitors. As Head Strength & Rehab Coach, she led teams through recovery, return-to-play, and long-term strength development.
But what truly drives her is empowering everyday people, not just athletes.
Steph believes movement is medicine, and healing shouldn’t feel confusing.
Her approach is educate first, treat second. You’ll walk out understanding what’s happening in your body, why it’s happening, and how to move forward with a clear, supportive plan.
Clients describe her as the coach who listens, who actually cares.
Someone who can break down complicated rehab into simple, achievable steps that build confidence week by week.
Alongside running Myo Strength Performance, Steph also mentors new-graduate myotherapists, helping them build clinical confidence and create lasting results, because raising the standard of care matters.
When Steph isn’t in the clinic, you’ll usually find her outside, hiking, exploring new walking trails with her dogs, or baking something sweet in the kitchen.
But her favourite moment?
Watching someone realise they are stronger and more capable than they thought.

I’m Cameron a myotherapist with a drive for helping others improve their quality of life and get pain free.
I have a passion for helping those with hypermobility and climbers. Being hypermobile myself I understand how it can impact many aspects of life and increase injury risk, so part of our focus will be on injury reduction and improving those impacted areas.
Outside of work you can catch me on the bouldering wall or playing boardgames with friends.
